I like the idea of using mashups to create a Then and Now view of the Local area for Local Studies. This could also be done for Historical Walks etc. Also jigsaw mashups would add interest to any Blog or Web Page, as a point of interest or offer a thinking/discussion point - famous landmarks, Book Group Discussions, and to quote ABBA - On and On and ON we go.
